Description

Koh Lanta Guesthouse for Sale in Krabi, Thailand

A busy guesthouse located directly on Koh Lanta’s West coast road. This Koh Lanta business is set in the Northern Long Beach area and is only 500m to the ocean.

The 300 sqm building has 4 floors with 4 bedrooms on each level. The building is completely furnished and ready to run.

The bedrooms are completely furnished with TV’s, air-conditioning, a small fridge and some have a small balcony with table & chairs. Balcony rooms to the rear of the property have charming mountain views.

The ground floor has currently a seating area with internet access. This could easily be converted to a travel agency and/or a small restaurant to serve food to guests for additional revenue.

This Koh Lanta guesthouse is a great opportunity to take advantage of the growing number of people looking for long term (1 – 6 months) accommodation on the Island. This business model would provide a sustainable income with a lot less work than dealing with short term holiday stays.

This guesthouse is being sold without a Thai Limited company and is not advertised on any of the OTA sites such as AirBnB etc, so the potential is there to make a success of this business.

This guest house and land is for sale freehold and has an asking price of 14.5 Million Thai Baht.

Please contact Lanta Island Property to arrange a viewing of this or any other excellent business opportunity on the Island.

Long Beach

A short drive South from Saladan and Khlong Dao, you will find another fabulous beach. Around 5KM in length, Long Beach, also known as Prae Ae. This is a much more cosmopolitan area, and with deeper waters, great for swimming. Long Beach also has a huge choice of bars, restaurants & shops all within easy walking distance.
